ORB was commissioned to carry out a full M&E installation package to a collection of 13 detached houses with scenic country views. Finished to a high-quality standard throughout and with energy efficiency in mind, this exclusive development of homes have been expertly designed to reduce energy bills and carbon footprint with efficient air source heat pumps, under floor heating to ground floor, PV panels, smart heating controls and solar thermal storage for hot water and infrastructure ready for electric car charging points.

The ORB Mechanical and Electrical team have recently completed the full M&E design and installation on the exclusive collection of 3&4-bedroom detached houses set in the village of Urchfont, Devizes.

We're delighted to have been awarded the M&E contract for this brilliant project working alongside Acorn Property Group. Now the project is fully completed, we hope new home owners enjoy such charming properties.
